By submitting a form, you are deemed to have understood, consented and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
1.1 Food Consumption and Preparation
All food products must be consumed within 3 hours of delivery or catering setup, in compliance with government health and safety regulations. Consumption beyond this timeframe is at the customer's own risk and should be avoided or disposed of accordingly.
While A Platter Or Two adheres to strict food safety and hygiene standards, we do not accept liability for any illness, injury, or damage resulting from failure to comply with our food consumption guidelines.
All products are prepared in a registered home kitchen that is maintained to high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and in accordance with local health authority regulations.
1.2 Dietary Requirements and Allergens
A Platter Or Two offers options for various dietary needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, halal, and nut-free (please note: prices may vary).
Despite our efforts to minimise cross-contamination, we operate in a shared kitchen and cannot guarantee allergen-free products. All items may contain traces of allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, soy, and eggs.
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of ordering. While we do our best to accommodate requests, we accept no liability for allergic reactions or other health issues that may arise from the consumption of our products.
1.3 Travel Fees, Delivery & Pickup

Local Delivery: Within 20km of Hampton East, Vic – Flat rate of $25

Event Catering/Grazing Table Setup: Minimum charge of $80, subject to location. (includes delivery)
Travel and delivery fees will be clearly outlined in your quote.
Delivery Timeframes:
Specific delivery times are not guaranteed. While we aim to meet requested times, unforeseen delays may occur. Special delivery requests may incur additional charges.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the order will be left in a secure location, and a photo will be sent to the customer.
Pickup Policy:
Customers will be allocated a specific pickup window. If you are unable to attend within the timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. Failure to notify us may result in forfeiture of picking up your order, as we may have other events scheduled.
Pickup location: Hampton East, Vic (exact address provided on final quote).
1.4 Payments, Deposits, Bookings & Last-Minute Orders
We recommend booking at least 7 to 14 days in advance. Orders placed within 4 days to 24 hours of the event are considered last-minute and require full payment upon booking.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings (excluding late orders). Final quotes must be paid within 24 hours, or your booking may be forfeited.
Last Minute Orders:
While we do our best to accommodate last-minute orders, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for delivery or pickup. Please note that availability is limited and we may be fully booked. Again, last-minute orders require full payment upon booking.
Cut-Off Time for Next-Day Orders:
Full payment must be received by 4:00 PM the day prior. Orders submitted after this time will not be accepted.
1.5 Food Substitutions & Add-Ons
We no longer offer custom grazing combinations. Our produce selections are fixed.

Savoury Grazes will include only grapes and fresh berries. Seasonal fruit is not included. To include seasonal fruit, customers should order a separate seasonal fruit platter.

Customers may request to substitute items with alternatives of similar value at no extra cost.

Adding additional items will incur the full cost of those items.
Desserts may be served alongside savoury grazes as a separate display (e.g., 1m savoury graze + 0.5m dessert table).
All substitutions or add-ons must be requested at the time of order.
