Grazing Boxes

Cancellations

Customers must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel a grazing box order.

  • If cancellation is made with more than 48 hours' notice, a full refund will be issued.

  • If less than 48 hours' notice is provided, a refund will not be issued. Instead, a single-use credit note will be provided. This credit has no expiration date and will be tracked by A Platter Or Two.

Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is also required to reschedule a grazing box order.

  • If we are unable to accommodate your preferred reschedule timeframe due to prior commitments, a 50% refund will be offered.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances where the order has already been paid in full, the customer is eligible for a 50% refund of the grazing box order.

Event Catering

Cancellations

  • Once the invoice is paid, change-of-mind cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

  • The 50% deposit required at the time of booking is non-refundable.

  • For same-day or night-before cancellations (e.g., due to inclement weather or personal reasons), we are unable to offer a full refund, as the food will already have been prepared. In such cases, customers will receive a 20% refund of the total amount paid.

Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule any event catering service.

  • If less than 72 hours’ notice is provided and we are unable to reschedule due to prior bookings, the customer will receive a 50% refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

  • For cancellations made 48–72 hours prior to the event due to unforeseen events, customers are also eligible for a 50% refund (excluding the 50% deposit).

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow adequate time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
